Pretty in Pink - Stampin' Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge #23 - pretty in pink, whisper white, basic black and kraft. The flowers are a two sided stamp that was a gift many years ago. When I saw Stacey's challenge I knew I wanted to do flowers. Then the search was on for the right size, style and shape. I stumbled on this stamp way back in the back of my stamp drawer and when I saw it I simply said, "AHA!"So I stamped it three times on whisper white in Fresco -Vatican Wine. Then I flipped the stamp over and inked up the outline in Encore! Ultimate Metallice Satin Rose. Then I used my Zing glitter embossing powder in pink and heat embossed the outline rose.
I used my newly learned technique of brayer-ing on the whisper white cardstock starting with Color Box Pink Pastel, then Color Box Rouge and finally lightly over the top with Fresco Vatican Wine. The label-esq stamp is from Stampin' Up and I stamped it in Stampabilites Black. My arrows were hand cut.
