Lavender Rose - Libby's Little Addiction From Courtney's Closet#60. My digital image was a RAK. I colored with Copics and added some Signo Gel in white. The swirlies and hearts border is a wheel from Stampin' Up! Hope you like my creation Libby. It was a fly by the seat of my pants sort of thing! :O)
