Please forgive me for not posting DEETS this week. I had a cortisone injection in my left thumb on Tuesday and I have to wear a brace during the day and ice my thumb at night for a few days at least or for ever how long it takes for the pain to go away. FYI It's very hard to type when your thumb doesn't work. :O(
