Peanut Butter Frosting - We all know how much kids LOVE peanut butter. Well, I happen to love it too. I also love cream cheese frosting. So I combined the two. I use one cup of cruncy peanut butter to one 16 oz container of cream cheese frosting. Brands don't really matter here. Just make sure both frosting and peanut butter are at room temperature before you begin. Mix well and spread on cookies or cake. Watch their eyes light up!
Hey and if you like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups; just add some semi sweet morsels.
