Sparkly & Bright - MOJOMONDAY#153. To get the shiney effect on my back ground cs I used the Cuttlebug embossing folder Joy & Cheer, running it through the 'bug'. Then I took a greenish blue metallic crayon and rubbed all the raised areas. TFL
