SoftPencil Designs this image is called Halloween Peek A Boo! This image can be purchased HERE. I colored the image with Copics and SU markers. Then I chalked the sky. The background cardstock is from Basic Grey and I used the Leafy Branch ef on it. Then I lightly sanded the raised bits.
