Oh what a Swirlie! - TSTC#55

tags, punches, chipboard, stamps and BLING! Ok, when I started this card I had no idea where I was going with it. But I have to say, the finished product just blew me away! Hope you will try the sketch at Twisted Sketches this week, this is their Twisted Cards Sketch #55.
