Independence Day 2011 Texas Style

Just don't look too closely, there are lots of colored frosting smudges. But that will NOT take away from the taste. This cake is 6 layers: top tier is strawberry cake with strawberry filling, middle tier is strawberry cake with strawberry filling, bottom tier is lemon cake with lemon filling. Before all the sparklers were placed it looked a little like Uncle Sam's top hat. :O)
