Winter in Blue - PaperCraftStar#30 Scraplifting Jan Del Bone

Winter in Blue was created for PaperCraftChallenges#30 challenge to scraplift one of the DT member's creations. I chose this card by Jan Del Bone. I liked Jan's monochrome simple card, she used kraft, I used Pacific Point. I stamped Lovely as a Tree with Whisper White ink then I heat embossed with some Bridal embossing powder which has a little iridescence in it. This card also works for my PaperCraftPlanet Cuttlebug-ers #100 challenge.

Merry Christmas - Winter - PCS22

Merry Christmas - Winter - PaperCraftStar challenge #22 - Christmas tree or ornament card. I chose to use Lovely as a Tree, Itty Bitty Backgrounds and All Year Cheer III stamps from Stampin' Up! I brayered the sky and then the ground with Post-Its and Bashful Blue and Marina Mist ink from Stampin' Up! I used the fir tree stamp to add some foiliage at the base and sides of my image. All of the trees were stamped using SU Crumb Cake ink.

Grateful Greetings - PCS19

PaperCraft Star #19. The challenge was to use their inspiration photo. I stamped the swirling leaves pattern first in SU Old Olive, Cajun Craze and Pumpkin Pie. Then I stamped the three leaves each in one of the three colors. Then I added those little swirlie chipboard pieces and colored them with SU markers.
I felt the inspiration piece screamed fall. So I ran with that. I was trying to follow the layout in the inspiration piece with my layout and placement of my stamped images. I would have liked to add some wire spirals but I could not find my craft wire.

Fall- CPS85 & PCS17 &CCM16

Fall - CardPatterns Sketches85 and Papercraft Star17 and Chi Chi Memories#16.
CardPatterns & Chi Chi Memories challenges are to use their sketches. As they were both similar it was easy to incorporate both challenges into one. The Papercraft Star challenge was to use the photo as inspiration. I think I utilized all of the ingredients for both challenges. The tree stamp is from Stampin' Up! collection Lovely As a Tree. It was stamped in Versa Mark and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. The tag is a sticker.

Hola Chicka! - PCSC#16

Hola Chicka! - PaperCraft Star challenge #16 a sketch. This sketch was like doing a puzzle to me. I guess that's how it got flipped. All in all it came out pretty cute if I do say so myself. These little Chicka were some freebies that came in the mail. Me being the twit that I am, I just fell in love with them and the sweet daisies so I had to use them all on my card. I received my NEW Dinamics in the mail today too so I wanted to try out the scalloped scallops. I don't think the concept works well tone on tone. But I still like my card! The sentiment is mine and handwritten. Hope you like it.
We are so delighted to announce that this week's sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps. Bugaboo Stamps offers unique digi stamps that are sure to make you smile.
