The Paper Players #118

This week The Paper Players has challenged us to create a project with a frame.

 

SO I had to use more of my NEW TOYS! For my book gift box I used the Book 'n' Box Template by Paula Walters @ Which Craft UK.

DSP is from Stampin' Up! The sentiment stamps is from Stampin' Up! set Christmas Punch.

The little sleigh is from Unity. I am soooo pleased with my project. Hope the ladies at The Paper Players will like it too!

Here's my creation for the 156th Color Throw Down of So Saffron, Perfect Plum and Crumb Cake. There are some spots that are blurred because this is a giftie for someone I know and I didn't want her to read all about it here. Just in case she reads my blog. :O)

Birthday in Fall - Gift Box - Stacey's Stamping Stage Curtain Call Color Challenge Act #54 - more mustard, very vanilla, cajun craze, pumpkin pie.

I used three colors of cardstock and one double sided dp from Stampin' Up! Which can be purchased HERE. Stamps are from the Embrace Life collection from Stampin' Up!

The candy was purchased at Kroger.

Beate's Fresh & Fun - Stationary Box Project

Beate's Fresh & Fun - Stationary Box Project using Jackie Topa's tutorial.
Unfortunately I didn't have any double sided heavy weight cardstock. So I used coordinating patterns of cardstock from The Whimsy Stack by DCWV. I have to tell you, in the beginning it looks like a daunting task. But once you get all the pieces measured cut and scored, it goes together pretty quickly. And the reward is this!

I used the scraps I had leftover to make and decorate 8 greeting cards.
