Christmas Magic - SSS79

Christmas Magic - The Sweet Stop Challenge #79. I used some gold ink to stamp my reindeer and my swirlie. All dp and cs are Stampin' Up!

To make this card I embossed the dp then matted it on top of another dp. Then I used the Extra Large Decorative Label punch - cut one of backside of dp, cut it in half and added to right and left sides of main image. Added brads and ribbon and called this one done.

Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! - SSS47

Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! - The Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge $47. The background cardstock is a digi from Creative Dreams. The image is colored with Spicas and Copics. Sentiment is a sticker from Deja Views. Rainbow twine is from Darice. Pattern cardstock is from DCWV The Posies Stack. Base cardstock is So Saffron and the purple is also Stampin' Up!

Loved Jennifer Meyer's sketch this week and I wanted to play. I liked the layout with the middle section. So I used some of the purple from Stampin' Up! as a matte and cut the flowers with my border punch. They don't show up real well in photo but it's a nice addition on the actual card.

wonderful Mother - SSS44

Some days, nothing goes right! I wanted to use 3 matching green flowers on my card and I could only find two that match and then one scraggler from some place else. But even tho they didn't match perfectly I think they will do in a pinch. :O) I embossed 3 pieces of lime cardstock with different folders. Then I sanded them to show the white. Then I rubbed a ColorBox Chalk ink pad in Rouge over the white parts. I used the Stampin' Up! stamp wonderful Mother from the Well Scripted set on my 4th piece of lime cardstock. The little lacy bits are from Bazzill's - Just the Edge cardstock strips. It was a wave pattern I used my Martha Stewart lace border punch on. I love my border punches so. But this one gives me fits. It doesn't really like cardstock so much. So I have to wiggle it and punch, punch, punch until I hear it click. I like the way it all turned out any way. This card was based off The Sweet Stop's SSS44 sketch challenge with a twist to Think Spring. I got it! :O)

Happy Valentine's Day - a 3fer

Hi There! This will probably be my only post for today. It's lunch time and then this evening I am watching the SuperBowl. GEAUX SAINTS! FINISH STRONG!!!

Above you will see my card for today. This one covers 3 challenges. The first challenge is over at Stampin' Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge and it's #16! Real Red, Very Vanilla, Kraft
The tiny heart border all around my card is NOT a border punch. Those are all INDIVIDUALLY punched hearts and painstaking glued on, one by one.
