Playing around with my Brushos last night and I came up with this. I got really lucky when the ink dripped down the right hand side of the card. It formed a perfect shadow of a tree. I then used my white gel pen to high light the trunk and branches. I love the sentiment. It is stamped in Versa Mark and heat embossed in White embossing powder.

My entry into Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #192 I chose Night of Navy, Whisper White, and Daffodil Delight cs for my card. I Stamped the medium size star from Stampin' Up! set Bright & Beautiful on Whisper White with Versa Mark. Then I heat embossed Scotch Broom Yellow EP from Lindy's Stamp Gang ( I love Lindy's Stamp Gang eps because they have a little shimmer to them. Then I stamped my SU! sentiment in Versa Mark and heat embossed in White. Added a few rhinestones and called this one done!

Crazy4Challenges #291 -- Triptic. I have loved this stamp for such a LONG time. It's Stampin' Up! On the Grow set. I used my Prisma Color pencils to color. It is a fun little image to color. It totally puts me in the mood for summer fun. This card is entered in the C4C #291 challenge.

Today's card is entered in the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #190

For my card I chose Barn Door Red Distress Spray Stain from Tim Holtz. I stamped the cake from There She Goes - Make A Wish set in Staz-On Black. Then using a fine tip paint brush and a little bleach I was able to bleach out some of the red to make it pink. The sentiment is from Close to My Heart - D1375 Treasures set.  I used SU! Spring Flowers EF. A little washi, a little twine, a hat pin with added beads and Voila!

Today's card was created using the sketch at Freshly Made #189.
For my card I handcut a tag from SU! Whisper White cs. I started out by stamping SU! Beautifully Baroque in Versa Mark onto my tag and heat embossing with clear embossing powder. I used Tim Holtz Dusty Concord distress ink to smudge onto my tag. Lighter in around the embossed image and darker around the edges. I used a SU! doily for my round element. I handcut a piece of scrap cs for my rub on sentiment. Rhinestones are from SU! I just colored them with my Sharpie markers. Added a scrap of ribbon and called this one complete!

SundayStamps Neutral 103

Today's card is for the Challenge at Sunday Stamps #103 Their challenge this week is Neutrals in blue, white, and two shades of brown. For my blue I chose SU! Soft Sky and Adirondack Stonewashed. The browns I used were SU! Early Espresso and Crumb Cake.  The stamps are from SU! - Walk in the Wild, Bliss & Engraved Greetings.  I stamped the moose twice one on my cs and one on post it note to make a mask. I placed the mask over the moose and added the blues to the sky. Then I came back and stamped the bird. I colored in the moose and the bird. the I made my easel card from kraft cs.  To make my sentiment on the inside, I stamped with sentiment. Let it dry then sprinkled blue Bistre and spritzed with water. This gave me the perfect mix of blue and brown to match my image. I punched a hole and added a brad to make my easel stand.

All done!
Below is the inspiration for the challenge in case you'd like to play along, here is the link.

My card was also entered into the AAA Card…
